Returns Policy
At Sensei and The Beard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand turned wood items. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.
Returns Accepted within 30 Days
We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@senseiandthebeard.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
