"The Reaper" - Stunning Ebonized Maple Hollow form with Rose Gold Metal Leaf- Handmade by Pretty Good Woodturner Oct 2024 - 8.5" x 8" - Handmade Art

This stunning hollow form was handmade out of a piece of maple I was given from our church in Kankakee, IL.  The log had a natural hole through the pith (center).  I turned it on its side so I could feature the natural hole going all the way through my vessel.

The technique used to ebonize, oil, seal and wax took 2 weeks to complete.  This resulted in beautiful depth of colors and a truly stunning final finish.

The hollow form was embellished with rose gold metal leaf on the inside.  

I'm not sure how to price such a unique piece but welcome any serious offers.
